I'm a long time Panera customer as was surprised to see the ratings so low. Now I know...
This is the first one I've been to with a drive thru. There was only 1 car infront of me but it took over 20 min!
To top it off, I wanted an egg and cheese on a bagel. I was told they stopped serving at 10:30... well of course it was 10:30 when I arrived, but had to wait 10 min just to get the order from the guy infront of me.
When I told the gal this she said she was out of eggs. Really? I was born AT night, not LAST night. -

I was there last week with my daughter. Our bill was $40. The women at the front area was not helpful, boarding on rude! They have taken away all the people it seems at wait on you for computer servers! And still the price is high for a salad.
The dining area away was dirty tables hadn't been washed floor covered in crumbs and debris. Every think was served to us in to go containers. It seems they aren't using dishes anymore. The staff had dirty aprons on.
Corporate greed has made a mess of this chain. Will not be going to Panera again!

The service at location has been going down hill for a while. They used to always be able to prepare lunch items (sandwich, salad) in the morning (before 8AM). Over the past few months, sometimes they say they can't - but sometimes they can. The breads they have available though varies greatly - for a bakery this seems odd at 8 AM. No matter what I order, there is always some item that they have to check and make sure is made or ready to serve - different item every time! And more recently, they started making cars park in front of the building to wait for their food even when there is no one behind you in the drive thru. It is such and inefficient practice that is inconvenient for customers and staff (also - good luck to the poor staff in January - LOL!). Overall, you leave feeling like you put someone out to make your order. The food is fine (only reason for the stars), but the operations are lousy. No other Panera I've been to operates this way - they should learn from more successful outlets.

WORTHLESS service it truly shows as to why they have 2.5 stars in yelp. HUGE Room For Improvement. Strongly disappointed. Lousy service soup broccoli cheddar was Luke warm at best and watery. Someone near me orders salad and had plastic on their food. Very Sloppy careless service. I asked for Hot soup and it was absolutely backwards. They do NOT Pick up their Phones to provide candid feedback. Beware. EAt At your OWN RISK. AVOID this Location At ALL costs!!
